Dr. Matthew Horsfield graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. After years of practicing in Louisiana and Texas, he now cares for adults at Reliant. He enjoys helping patients overcome their health issues, including type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, as well as mental health concerns. Dr. Horsfield supports shared decisionmaking and helps patients understand their health problems and set proper goals. He encourages patients to use smartphone apps to build better daily habits and live healthier lives. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, helping the environment, traveling, and reading history.
