Deepti Kumar, MD

Description

Dr. Deepti Kumar graduated from Lady Hardinge Medical College and completed a cardiology fellowship at Saint Vincent Hospital. Inspired by her father, she began her career in primary care before moving into cardiology. She enjoys the detective work of cardiology and coming up with the right diagnosis. Dr. Kumar treats common heart problems like atherosclerosis and arrhythmias using medication, pacemakers, ablations, and ICDs. She values teamwork and careful listening to build trust with patients. Outside of work, she enjoys mystery novels and spending time with her husband and two children.
