Description

Dr. Thomas Kesman graduated from Dartmouth Medical School with honors and then completed his residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. He then furthered his training with a spine surgery fellowship at OrthoCarolina Spine Center. He has been at Reliant since 2012, where he specializes in surgery of the cervical and lumbar spines. He believes in conservative care before surgery and values building trust with patients. He performs many surgeries on both the neck and the low back at The Surgery Center in Shrewsbury, on a same day surgery basis. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, boating, downhill skiing, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Rebecca Kesman, and his son.
