Kurtis R Zimmerman, OD

Description

Dr. Kurtis Zimmerman studied optometry at the University of Houston. Growing up with poor vision inspired him to help others with their eye health. He enjoys working closely with patients, treating eye injuries, providing postop care, and improving vision to support a better quality of life. Dr. Zimmerman uses advanced tools like OCT imaging to detect problems such as glaucoma and diabetic eye disease. He also values using electronic medical records for fast access to needed information. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and stepdaughters, cheering for the Red Sox and Kansas State Wildcats, and reading.
